Weekends and mutton curry go hand in hand! Tried this 'Gol morich mutton curry' (black pepper mutton curry) last Sunday! For a change this time I didn't use any potatoes :)
Perfect Sunday lunch: Thai spicy fried rice - Jasmine rice tossed in Thai sauce with basil, mixed veggies, choice of protein, and a sunny side up!
If you are in Mississauga and missing expertly crafted Montreal-style Bagels, then you need to try out @okobagels . I tried three sandwiches with their wood-fired bagels and liked all of them. I had tried smoked salmon, beef and Caprese. You can select your bagels while preparing these sandwiches. I really liked the 'Rosemary seasalt' and 'everything' bagels, do try them out. Btw my favorite was the beef sandwich with 'everything' bagel. You can also get sweeter variants of the bagels like - cinnamon raisin, blueberry, cinnamon sugar, and chocolate chips.
You know you're missing Kolkata biryani when you browse through your last India trip photos and drool over these biryani pics! Btw this one was from @hanglaatherium and needless to say it was heavenly, optimally spiced, flavorful and not too oily. And oh boy, that aroma, reminds me of the movie 'Perfume'!
